Pull Up helps you find concerts in New York and make plans with friends. Using it means you're okay with the points below. They're short on purpose.
What Pull Up is (and isn't)
We list shows and point you to the venue or ticket seller. We never sell or resell ticketsand we don't take a cut. Listings are checked as carefully as we can, but dates, prices, and lineups change, so double-check with the venue before you cross a borough for it.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and you're responsible for what happens on your account. Be 13 or older. One person per account. You can delete your account any time from your account page, and everything goes with it (details in the privacy page).
Be decent
Plans and event walls are shared with real people. No harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, or posting anyone's private info. You can report any post and block any user. Reported posts are hidden pending review, and we remove content or accounts that break this rule. What you write is yours; posting it gives us permission to show it to the people it's meant for.
The night itself is on you
Pull Up is a discovery tool. Venues, tickets, travel, and whatever happens at the show are between you and the real world. The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for cancelled shows, bad openers, or anything beyond what you paid us, which is nothing. It's free.
Housekeeping
We may update these terms; meaningful changes get a new date at the top of this page. New York law applies. If a piece of this is ever unenforceable, the rest stands. Questions: ayushupneja@gmail.com.
