The deal

We list shows and point you to the venue or ticket seller. For those shows we don't sell tickets and we don't take a cut. The one exception is GARAGE73 events, where tickets are sold right here on Pull Up (see Tickets below). Listings are checked as carefully as we can, but dates, prices, and lineups change, so double-check with the venue before you cross a borough for it.

You sign in with your phone number and you're responsible for what happens on your account. Be 13 or older. One person per account. You can delete your account any time from your account page, and everything goes with it (details in the privacy page).

Plans and event walls are shared with real people. No harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, or posting anyone's private info. You can report any post and block any user. Reported posts are hidden pending review, and we remove content or accounts that break this rule. What you write is yours; posting it gives us permission to show it to the people it's meant for.

Who sells them. Tickets to GARAGE73 events on Pull Up are sold by Ayush Upneja for GARAGE73. Stripe handles the payment. Buying a ticket means you accept these ticket terms and the rest of this page.

The price. The price you see is the price you pay, with every fee included.

All sales are final, with two exceptions. If the event is cancelled, you get a full refund of what you paid, to the card that paid. If the date or the venue changes, your ticket works for the new date or place, or you can ask us for a full refund instead.

21 and over. Bring a valid photo ID. No ID means no entry, and no refund.

More than one ticket. Every ticket you buy is yours and shows on your Tickets page with its own QR code. Show them at the door, or send a friend a picture of one. Each ticket lets one person in, once.

At the door. We may check bags. We can refuse entry to or remove anyone who breaks the law, puts other people at risk, or ignores our staff, with no refund. Expect loud music and strobe lights.

Photos and video. We take photos and video at our events. We won't use recognizable photos or videos of you to advertise or promote GARAGE73 without your written permission. If you'd rather not be photographed, tell a staff member.

Pull Up is mostly a discovery tool. For shows we list but don't sell, venues, tickets, travel, and whatever happens at the show are between you and the real world. The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for cancelled shows, bad openers, or anything beyond what you paid us. This paragraph doesn't cover GARAGE73 events we run.

We may update these terms; meaningful changes get a new date at the top of this page. New York law applies. If a piece of this is ever unenforceable, the rest stands. Questions: ayushupneja@gmail.com.
